Purpose of the service

Solvo provides tools for organizing mediation casework. It is not a law firm, court, mediator certification body or substitute for professional judgment. No outcome, settlement, privilege or legal enforceability is guaranteed.

Your account and material

Keep your credentials and recovery code secure. Upload only information you have authority to process using this service and its providers. You retain your rights in your material and authorize the processing necessary to provide the features you request.

Review before use

AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify every material fact, source and interpretation before relying on a brief or sharing it. The responsibility for professional advice, consent, mediation procedure and legal compliance remains with the relevant professionals and participants.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another account, evade usage limits, or use Solvo for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted to protect the service and its users.

Preview availability and fees

The current preview collects no subscription payments. Your chosen AI provider may charge you directly for API usage. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Keep an independent copy of records you are required to retain.

Closing your work

You can export a case brief and delete case records. Review the privacy notice for processing, operational access and deletion limitations. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
